ISO-BLADE COATER
The Iso-Blade Coater will provide a leveling or smoothing coat that will produce a unifrom smoothness that exceeds other metering systems. This will provide a smoother surface for high-end graphics.

The coater can be operated as either a bent blad or a rod coater
- Change over between modes can be accomplished in 15 minutes or less
- Coating solids up to 58% to 70%
- Coatweight range - 2 to 6#1000 square fee (10 to 30 GSM)
- Maximum speed - 3,000 FPM (915 mm)
- Kiss coat or flooded nip applicator system available
- Sweated coating pan
